How It Works
Welcome to BITian BITes. Please read these important steps carefully before placing your first order.
Login with Verified Email
Login only using your @bitmesra.ac.in Gmail account.
Unverified or personal emails are not allowed for security reasons. Authorised
admins may use approved IDs.
Select Stall & Browse Menu
Choose any verified campus stall and browse its category-wise menu.
Add items to your cart from only one stall at a time. Mixing items from multiple stalls in one order is not allowed.
Add WhatsApp Number
Before placing your first order, you must save your 10-digit WhatsApp phone number.
This number is used by the delivery person to contact you. It can be set only once. Contact admin for corrections.
Select Delivery Location
Enter your Hostel name and Room number correctly in the Delivery section.
This helps the delivery person reach you quickly without confusion.
Place Order & WhatsApp Redirection
When you click “Place Order”, you will be automatically redirected to the stall owner's
WhatsApp with a ready-made message.
📞 Strong Recommendation: After sending the WhatsApp message, please make one
quick call to the stall owner to confirm your order.
Track Order History
You can view all your previous orders in the My Orders section. Recent orders are also visible in My Account.
Rate & Review
After receiving your food, give ratings and reviews to help other BITians choose better stalls.
